Family model residential support is provided to adults who have been diagnosed with developmental disabilities. With this service, individuals are placed in homes with non-familial care providers who are well-trained in providing them with the assistance that they need. The main goal of this service is to promote learning and improvement of skills that will help them live independently and successfully in a family environment.
With this program, they are also allowed to share their opinions about the kinds of assistance that they need. This service includes the following:
- Case management
- Life skills training
- Activities of daily living assistance (as needed)
